Overview
Roadside Emergencies and Survival training is ideal for persons who travel in remote areas and/or during severe weather conditions by road. This program provides essential hands-on training not offered by competitors road safety programs designed for municipal areas.
Roadside Emergencies and Survival training is common to: Ice road crews, transport long haulers, government personnel driving between northern and isolated communities and industry sales representatives.
This program includes approximately 2 to 3 hours of classroom training and 5 to 6 hours of hands-on practical training.
Clients without formal employee road travel policies, or looking to enhance their policies will benefit greatly through the instructor led discussions and exercises. The hands-on phase is designed to instill confidence and competency in dealing with roadside emergencies and events that occur in remote areas and under all weather conditions.
