Train-the-Trainer Programs

Become an instructor of Arctic Response’s industry leading programs. Candidates with an interest and passion for teaching of all skill levels and experience may apply. Training begins by going through the Basic Method of Instruction Program (BMIP) which teaches learning theory, effective teaching strategies, course development and assessments and evaluations. Then candidates are taken through their specific training program. Throughout training, candidates will learn to master the course contents, exercises and course timings. Successful candidates can start their career as an Arctic Response certified instructor and will have additional opportunities to become an instructor in additional courses if they chose so.
