Overview
Class 5 training is for students looking to get their learners or full driver’s licence. The program involves a classroom portion covering rules of the road, collision avoidance, impairments and distractions to get ready to take the knowledge test.
Class 5 students will also spend time with the instructor driving in town and on the highway learning defensive driving techniques, parking and reversing. Arrangements can be made to have a Department of Infrastructure examiner conduct the required exams immediately following the training in order to maximize success rates.
